Lafayette Falls is a beautiful community featuring mature landscaping plus a small pond and waterfall. The community is well maintained and equipped with municipal water and sewer, sidewalks and street lights. With the location situated on the south side of South Bend near the US 31/20 bypass, it allows for easy access to many options in dining, shopping and entertainment. It is 15 minutes to Mishawaka & Elkhart, 10 minutes do downtown South Bend and 10 minutes to the University of Notre Dame.
